The City Mission hired Caliber Building Company to provide design-build services for the Rothstein VillaCaliber Building Company served as the Construction Manager for Evergreen Laundry’s addition project. The project included a 5,000 square feet addition to an existing facility in Cleveland’s Glenville neighborhood. The new addition provides additional staging areas as well as two loading docks for outgoing deliveries. Caliber Building Company led the preconstruction process to maintain the project budget and schedule.ge Transitional Housing for Families project in Cleveland, OH. The project is located on the existing campus of The City Mission’s Laura’s Home Women’s Crisis Center and consisted of four, 4-plex buildings and associated site work. Caliber Building Company led the project from conceptual design through final completion.
