Caliber Building Company served as the Construction Manager for Evergreen Laundry’s addition project. The project included a 5,000 square feet addition to an existing facility in Cleveland’s Glenville neighborhood. The new addition provides additional staging areas as well as two loading docks for outgoing deliveries. Caliber Building Company led the preconstruction process to maintain the project budget and schedule.
